Workiture Product Warranty

Workiture warranties to the original purchaser of any of our bagpeds, for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of our bagped products. "Defects" is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects of the bagped, which is received by regular use of the bagpeds. Neither does it cover damaged due to unauthorized repairs, alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of god. The original purchaser is responsible for providing Workiture with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect.  Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective bagped, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party.  The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing Workiture with a written explanation of how the defect occurred.  Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect.  If the product is returned to our suppliers seven (7) or more months after the date of purchase, the consumer responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
